Importance of Hemp, Farming & Manufacturing Industry Education

With the Hemp Farming Act of 2018, expansion of agriculture and new product manufacturing will be expanding across multiple industries. Many states are evaluating not just the agriculture benefits, but more importantly, bringing back farming that was once an essential way of daily life. All these changes bring new needs for industry courses and education solutions.

History of the Hemp & Farming Industry

Throughout many civilizations and time periods, hemp was used as a food source, building materials, medicine, and other vital resources for surviving. These other civilizations may have not known, but hemp is also one of the best plants for our environment.

When the United States formed, hemp farming was a backbone of industry at the time. As with history, many things come back around and play a critical role in the advancement or evolution of the next generation or era.

We cover this in-depth within our variety of Hemp Farming, Manufacturing and Cannabis Sciences courses discussed further below.

Industry innovations are now being expanded as medical research and environmental studies continue to grow. Both society and businesses alike are now looking at cleaner energy, healthier ways of life and eco-friendly products which includes packaging. These possibilities will be endless.

The importance of farming and manufacturing occurring within the United States of product and materials sourcing is crucial. As each state embraces the law changes, there is ample opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs to innovative products, services and
